Training for the PMI PMP certificate
Seminar name:
Training for the PMI PMP certificate
Seminar duration:
43 hours
Introduction.
The training for taking the exam that provides you with the title Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) proves difficult and problematic for attendants specifically because of the differences in experience and approach to projects between PMI and the project manager’s everyday job.
This seminar trains attendants for taking the PMI PMP certificate test by reminding them of what they already know, educating them on what they don’t know, and putting this unit in an appropriate context. Designed and applied in the hybrid model, for years now it has allowed many attendants to successfully prepare and take the exam. Based on personal experiences of the successful acquisition of the certificate, the lecturer is at the attendants’ disposal through the entire process of training and registering for the PMI certificate. After an introductory lesson, attendants access the e-learning TenStep portal, and with a combination of various learning models acquire knowledge through practice, and after the test simulation, they receive the necessary confirmation for 35 contact hours. The training ends with another meeting with the lecturer, during which attendants prepare their individual exam registration and final recommendations are given.
