Projekt<\/h3>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.7.7″ _module_preset=”default”]

Investicijski projekt vodoopskrbe i odvodnje za Zagreba\u010dki holding pokrenut je 2008., s planiranim zavr\u0161etkom 2015. Ukupna vrijednost projekta je preko 40.000.000 EUR, a financiran je iz zajma EBRD-a. Primakon je u po\u010detnoj fazi pru\u017eao podr\u0161ku konzultantu – Institutu gra\u0111evinarstva Hrvatske u pripremi projektnog master plana sukladno zahtjevima iz Ugovora i za potrebe Banke (EBRD-a). Po odabiru izvo\u0111a\u010da (7 podprojekata\/ugovora) kojima je uvjetovano pra\u0107enje vremenskog i financijskog izvr\u0161enje radova u aplikaciji kompatibilnom s Oracle Primaverom P6 EPPM, Primakon je anga\u017eiran i od strane izvo\u0111a\u010da kojima je pru\u017eana usluga tehni\u010dke i stru\u010dne podr\u0161ke.<\/p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.7.1″ _module_preset=”default” custom_margin=”||10px||false|false”]

Model<\/h3>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.7.7″ _module_preset=”default”]

Ovdje se radi o jednoj varijaciji standardnog Primakonovog modela primjerenom investitoru za potrebe pra\u0107enja performansi pojedinih ugovora u kojem struktura planova odgovara ugovornim tro\u0161kovnicima do razine tro\u0161kovni\u010dke stavke. Svaka stavka odgovara aktivnosti plana koje se raspore\u0111uju u vremenu i predstavljaju financijski plan realizacije. Primakon PI aplikacija se koristi za uvoz pojedinog ugovornog tro\u0161kovnika u P6 EPPM sustav, iz kojega se mjese\u010dno generiraju MS Excel predlo\u0161ci za unos obra\u010dunskih situacija, uklju\u010divo procjene i varijacije. Njihovim uvozom u P6 EPPM sustav vr\u0161i se automatsko a\u017euriranje planova na mjese\u010dnoj razini. Ovi se planovi nalaze kod izvo\u0111a\u010da i a\u017eurirana ih mjese\u010dno dostavljaju predstavniku investitora – FIDIC in\u017eenjeru sukladno ugovornoj proceduri. Postojanje master\/ tehnolo\u0161kog plana slijeda aktivnosti \u010ditavog projekta do razine ugovora pri \u010demu su trajanja tehnolo\u0161kih aktivnosti pojedinih ugovora odre\u0111ena\u00a0me\u0111uprojektnim vezama s aktivnostima iz planova izvo\u0111a\u010da. Izradi planova pristupilo se prema postoje\u0107im tro\u0161kovnicima koji su kori\u0161teni pri tenderiranju i ugovaranju i koji su patili od uobi\u010dajene boljke uzrokovanom dugogodi\u0161njom praksom te nepostojanjem nacionalnog, klasifikacijskog sustava radova u gra\u0111evinarstvu – svi radovi koli\u010dinski su sumarizirani u odre\u0111enu stavku bez obzira na mjesto i vrijeme izvr\u0161enja, te je opis pojedinih stavaka znao sadr\u017eavati \u201ceseje od cijele stranice\u201d u kojima je bio opisan rad do navo\u0111enja standarda uklju\u010divo dobavu i ugradnju materijala. Kako je definicija aktivnosti tro\u0161ak na mjestu u vremenu ovdje je bilo potrebno raspodijeliti tro\u0161kovni\u010dke stavke koje su obuhva\u0107ale sumarizirane koli\u010dine sa svih, primjerice, dionica po istim tim dionicama.
