BIM (Building Information Modelling/Model/Management) is an approach that allows more participants in a virtual space to collaborate on planning, construction, and building management. The EU through its guidelines and directives encourages and prescribes the implementation of the BIM approach. This especially relates to building objects of public interest (Article 22(4) of Directive 2014/24/EU). An increasing number of public and private contracting entities introduce BIM through the phases of planning, conducting studies, financing and planning, building and maintenance.

[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column_inner][/et_pb_row_inner][et_pb_row_inner _builder_version=”4.6.6″ _module_preset=”default” locked=”off”][et_pb_column_inner saved_specialty_column_type=”3_4″ _builder_version=”4.6.6″ _module_preset=”default”][et_pb_divider color=”rgba(82,83,82,0.13)” divider_position=”center” _builder_version=”4.7.1″ _module_preset=”default” box_shadow_style=”preset3″ box_shadow_vertical=”6px” box_shadow_blur=”10px”][/et_pb_divider][/et_pb_column_inner][/et_pb_row_inner][et_pb_row_inner _builder_version=”4.7.1″ _module_preset=”default” custom_padding=”0px||0px|||” locked=”off”][et_pb_column_inner saved_specialty_column_type=”3_4″ _builder_version=”4.7.1″ _module_preset=”default”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.7.4″ _module_preset=”default” header_2_font=”|600|||||||” header_2_text_color=”#3a3632″ header_2_line_height=”1.3em” header_3_line_height=”1.3em” custom_margin=”||10px||false|false” locked=”off”]

[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column_inner][/et_pb_row_inner][et_pb_row_inner column_structure=”1_2,1_2″ make_equal=”on” _builder_version=”4.7.4″ _module_preset=”default” custom_padding=”0px||0px|||” locked=”off”][et_pb_column_inner type=”1_2″ saved_specialty_column_type=”3_4″ _builder_version=”4.7.1″ _module_preset=”default”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.8.2″ _module_preset=”default”]

Setting up BIM is a complex process and, depending on the grade and method of implementation, is divided into levels. So far, four implementation levels have been defined (0, 1, 2, 3). For each level, there are minimal environment requirements and the methods of the processes that take place. The minimal goal of the BIM technology implementation is BIM level 2. The definition of BIM level 2 can be found in the standard PAS 1192-2:2013.

[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column_inner][et_pb_column_inner type=”1_2″ saved_specialty_column_type=”3_4″ _builder_version=”4.7.1″ _module_preset=”default”][et_pb_image src=”https://primakon.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/Nacrt-gradevinskog-koncepta.jpg” alt=”Nacrt građevinskog koncepta” title_text=”Nacrt građevinskog koncepta” _builder_version=”4.8.2″ _module_preset=”default” hover_enabled=”0″ box_shadow_style=”preset2″ sticky_enabled=”0″][/et_pb_image][/et_pb_column_inner][/et_pb_row_inner][et_pb_row_inner _builder_version=”4.6.6″ _module_preset=”default” locked=”off”][et_pb_column_inner saved_specialty_column_type=”3_4″ _builder_version=”4.6.6″ _module_preset=”default”][et_pb_divider color=”rgba(82,83,82,0.13)” divider_position=”center” _builder_version=”4.7.1″ _module_preset=”default” box_shadow_style=”preset3″ box_shadow_vertical=”-6px” box_shadow_blur=”10px”][/et_pb_divider][/et_pb_column_inner][/et_pb_row_inner][et_pb_row_inner _builder_version=”4.7.1″ _module_preset=”default” custom_padding=”0px||0px|||” locked=”off”][et_pb_column_inner saved_specialty_column_type=”3_4″ _builder_version=”4.7.1″ _module_preset=”default”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.7.4″ _module_preset=”default” header_2_font=”|600|||||||” header_2_text_color=”#3a3632″ header_2_line_height=”1.3em” header_3_line_height=”1.3em” custom_margin=”||10px||false|false” locked=”off”]

[/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.7.4″ _module_preset=”default”]

[/et_pb_text][et_pb_tabs active_tab_background_color=”#bf3d44″ active_tab_text_color=”#ffffff” _builder_version=”4.7.7″ _module_preset=”default” module_alignment=”center” box_shadow_style=”preset2″ locked=”off”][et_pb_tab title=”Integralni BIM model” _builder_version=”4.7.4″ _module_preset=”default”]Integralni BIM model se formira od pojedinih dijelova, podmodela.
