Trainings on how to use Oracle Primavera programme applications

Oracle Primavera is PMI R.E.P. (Registered Education Provider), and Primakon as authorised Oracle Primavera representative carries out a training programme on how to work with Oracle Primavera programme applications. Attendees earn Professional Development Units (PDUs) needed for maintaining the PMP® status. Each training day brings 6.5 PDUs. Attendees are also issued certificates on competency to work with Oracle Primavera.
It involves a 3-day training on Oracle Primavera’s web-based module. The attendees learn how to plan a project, its activities and connections, adjust viewpoints, allocate resources, adjust the project plan according to available resources and analyse the project portfolio. Each attendee shall create a suitable working environment for themselves by adapting dashboards and during the workshop each attendee shall create one project and follow it till its completion.

This training is intended for users who access the Oracle Primavera data base via project management client application. A three-day training includes all project phases, planning and resources allocation and monitoring and updates during project realization. In the application three basic elements of project management will be elaborated in detail: creation of activities time sheets, resources allocation and resources allocation according to plan activities. The workshop attendees shall create a project, allocate resources and costs and update and monitor the project till its completion.

The two-day training is an upgrade of the basic training (102) intended for accessing the Oracle Primavera data base through Project management client application. The advanced planning methods like earned value analysis, baseline update and top-down budgeting are taught. The workshop incorporated in the training is where attendees gain knowledge by working on practical examples.

This one-day training is an upgradal of the basic 602 training, where participants upgrade the knowledge on resources allocation according to plan activities, optimize the work with resources and define resources calendars.
